Artist Participation Terms and Guidelines

By submitting your artwork to C Space Hair Skin Art, Inc., or by participating in any event sponsored by Palette & Pamper and its co-sponsors, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Artist Participation Terms and Guidelines.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the submission of artwork and participation in events hosted by C Space Studios and its affiliates, including but not limited to Repurpoze Inc. and Happy Heart Concierge Inc. (collectively referred to as "Event Organizers"). By submitting your artwork or participating in any event sponsored by the Event Organizers, you ("Artist") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Submission of Artwork

By submitting your artwork to the Event Organizers, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are the rightful owner of the artwork or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit the artwork.

The Event Organizers have the right to display, reproduce, and use the artwork for promotional purposes related to the event.

3. Participation in Events

By participating in any event hosted by the Event Organizers, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your participation can be cancelled by the Event Organizers at any time for any reason.

You will not hold the Event Organizers liable for any harm, injury, or damage to you or your business before, during, or after the event.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizers, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your submission of artwork.
Your participation in the event.
Any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under this Agreement.
Any infringement of third-party rights by your artwork or actions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Event Organizers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your submission of artwork or participation in the event.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
