1. Introduction

Welcome to the Palette & Pamper Showcase at C Space Hair Skin Art in Sacramento, California. By registering to attend this event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement is between you ("Participant") and C Space Hair Skin Art, Repurpoze Inc., Happy Heart Concierge Inc. and any other unnamed co-sponsors and affiliates ("Event Organizers").
2. Registration and Email Confidentiality

By registering for the event, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your email address will be kept in confidence and will be used for the purpose of sending you notifications about registration confirmation, registration reminders, future event notices, and news and updates from the Event Organizers and their organizations. To request removal from our email systems, click unsubscribe, or mail your request to C Space Hair Skin Art, Attention: Privacy Notice, 2100 Alhambra Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95817.
3. Participation and Liability

By participating in the event, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Event Organizers are not liable for any issues, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may arise before, during, or after the event.

You participate in the event at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your actions and any consequences thereof.
4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizers, their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your participation in the event.

Any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under this Agreement.

Any infringement of third-party rights by your actions.
5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Event Organizers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.
6. Governing Law
​
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Severability
​
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
8. Entire Agreement
​​
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
